The Koprulu Fylkirate was an army of gropagas and slaads led by Fylkir Latya Koprulu "the Stranger", following the orders of the god Inglip, who declared a war of conquest on eastern Romus.
In 21pd, Latya Koprulu ended the war with Romus by suddenly surrendering, utterly and unconditionally, to... the Locathah. Everyone on all sides was baffled.
The official language of the Koprulu Fylkirate was plasper.

At its height, the army of the Koprulu Fylkirate was roughly 33,000 individuals strong, in the following proportions:
- 66% human
- 20% slaad
- 14% miscellaneous humanoid
